Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. Should you wish you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received it is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Free delivery on orders to UK Mainland unless otherwise stated on product information page or at checkout stage.
For delivery to Non UK Mainland, charges will be applied at checkout, dependant on weight and destination.
We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 working days, but please allow 28 days.
Special orders allow 28 days for delivery.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you by e-mail and no charge will be made.
Back orders or pre-orders will be taken on your instructions.

Returns Policy
We will always try to give you absolute satisfaction with your purchase; If you are not satisfied we will refund your purchase excluding postage and packing.
Please email us within 14 days and we will advise you how to return your purchase. We ask that you please return the item in the same condition as you received it, i.e. unopened. This must be done within 7 working days of our email to you.
For faulty items email us with the problem within 14 days and we will advise you how to return the faulty items. We will offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund including any charges that were incurred by you. This must be returned within 7 working days of our email.
If you return an item to us we will process the returned item then notify you via email of your refund. A refund will be given to you in the same form of payment you originally used for the purchase within 3 weeks of us receiving your return.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or due to an error on our part, we will refund the initial delivery charges and pay your costs of returning it to us. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event that we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for your item/s and any expense incurred by ourselves. |
